ESD AUDITING & CONSULTING

Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) is ever present around us! Each time we walk across the carpet, we may generate kilovolts of static electricity. The quick change in static voltage and burst of current produce a powerful electromagnetic field which can destroy semiconductor components & circuit assemblies and result in malfunction of electronic equipment….. Any organization, that manufactures electronic assemblies, or any facility, that handles ESD sensitive devices or assemblies, are susceptible to damage by ESD and should have an ESD Control Program.

Regular ESD audits are essential for a good ESD control program. They verify all ESD control practices & products, frequently remind associates of their responsibilities, and provide management with the necessary feedback for any corrective action.
