Introduction to RF (Radio Frequency) / RF Basics:

This 2-day class will introduce you to the discipline of RF (and µwaves). We study & discuss the theoretical concepts & practical aspects of RF components, design, test and measurement.

  • Test Equipment - Measurement Devices

  • Detectors

  • Spectrum Analyzer

  • Power Meters

  • Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR)

  • Couplers

  • Power Dividers, Combiners

  • Attenuators

  • Upon class completion, you will acquire:

  • Basic understanding of RF

  • Reference Manual of Seminar Notes

  • Certificate of Training participation

Class Size: 5 minimum & 12 maximum

Times: 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. There is a 1-hour lunch (not included) scheduled from 12 noon to 1 P.M. each day. There is a 5-minute stretch break (with snacks, coffee, juice, water, etc.) periodically throughout the day.
